Dakar-Diass does not have a dedicated Delivery frequency, as such all Delivery responsibilities are assumed by Diass Ground (GOBD_GND). Under no circumstances should a GOBD_DEL position ever be opened without prior approval from staff.

Other procedures
If the pilot is flying into the Dakar Oceanic FIR (GOOOO/GOOC), you may ask for a SELCAL code, if not put in their flight plan already. The aircrafts SELCAL code shall be inserted in the item 18 (RMK) of the Flight Plan, preceded by the “SEL” indicator.
