Welcome to the official VATSIM Sub-Saharan Africa Division (VATSSA) eAIP.

This platform has been developed to consolidate the existing controller and pilot documentation that exists within VATSSA. It allows for collaborative development of airspace and aerodrome information and knowledge that will be of service to both controllers and pilots. All of our pilot and controller resources are reference aligned with real-world procedures where applicable.

The eAIP is intended to support both pilots and controllers throughout VATSSA by providing accurate, structured and up-to-date information pertaining to operations throughout VATSSA.

Contributing

  • VATSSA's eAIP is open source, and therefore contributing is strongly encouraged.

  • Should you wish to contribute to the eAIP, please contact VATSSA1 via Discord or email at vatssa1@Vatssa.com.

  • Contributors can find more documentation here.

PR Review

  • Pull Requests will be reviewed on a regular basis by the eAIP maintainers.

  • Members are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible within their PR.
