King Phalo does not have a dedicated Delivery frequency, as such all Delivery responsibilities are assumed by East London Tower (FAEL_TWR). Under no circumstances should a FAEL_DEL position ever be opened without prior approval from staff.

There are no Standard Instrument Departures out of FAEL. All aircraft are to be given runway track with an initial climb of FL70.

Phraseology

The passing altitude to be issued in clearances is 2500ft.
